Shipping and Delivery

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and are expected to arrive within 14 business days.

You may modify your order details within 12 hours of submission.

Actual delivery times may vary based on market demand, factory production schedules, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all products to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states), Germany, and France. (Exclusions apply: Alaska/Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, and P.O. boxes.)

Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, with free shipping available for the contiguous United States, Germany, and France. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the estimated delivery time.

Delivery Details

By default, packages are delivered without requiring a signature. If you require signature confirmation, please contact our customer service team after placing your order (preferably within 24 hours), and we will assist you in adding the FedEx signature service.
